    The one exception; romantic interest. For once, he isn’t the expert. It isn’t in his code. He was never even aware he’d posses such a thing. Getting a glimpse at the world through the eyes of a magnetic and troublesome pirate was one of the last things Tech had expected in his life.
    And he starts to find how often there are things worth being surprised (and unsure) of, worth it even before he has the answers to be confident in. Things his training never dreamt to cover, and that they often lead to something better.
