Summary
Follow Dr. Georgia “Georgie” Fox and Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch from the fire of their med school romance in the late ’80s through decades of love, loss, and the relentless demands of medicine. Bound by a passion for healing and an unshakable bond, they navigate residencies on opposite coasts, long-distance heartbreak, and the lives they decide to build apart.
Across continents, marriages, and years, their paths cross in moments of longing, friendship, and rediscovered intimacy, each encounter reminding them of what was, and what could never quite be.
This is a story of ambition, sacrifice, and the enduring ache of the one who got away.
--Or Robby can't get over his collage sweetheart.

Summary
This wasn’t supposed to be happening. In fact, this hasn’t happened in so long Robby didn’t even realize what exactly was happening until it was too late to do anything about it.
He was going into heat.
A heat brought on by his favourite intern. Dennis Whitaker.
He was so fucked.
This could only end in disaster.
But maybe, just this once, things would go well for Robby. -

Summary
Dennis remembered the call he got in the middle of his rotation in Family Medicine Mom's sick again. He told himself he wasn't abandoning his studies, just taking a step back to care for her.
Robby remembered the pandemic, like a sickness in his soul slowly metastasizing until Pittfest left him curled on the floor of pedes, unable to breathe. He told himself a forced sabbatical from the higher-ups wasn't a blemish on his character.
Neither of them believed it.

Summary
"Fresh soil, sun-warmed stalks of wheat, the old wood of a long-standing barn. Strong, in the way most alpha scents are, but not overpowering. Only…comforting. Familiar in the way that he’s sure he’s smelled it before.
Robby’s eyes meet Jack’s, wide-eyed next to him. They both scent the air at the same time, letting the knowledge hit them at the same moment.
That warm, obviously alpha scent, almost cliché in its farm quality?
It’s evident who it belongs to – their resident farm boy.
Whitaker."
Or:
Robby and Jack have some issues with alphas. This would be fine if Dennis, in love with the both of them, wasn't an alpha.

Summary
Dennis Whitaker had no problem finding a place to sleep most nights.
Flash a smile, flirt lightly. Stroke their egos, listen to their bragging. Let them feel superior, then, when the night was over. He’d sneak out, not a walk of shame. In fact, he always seemed more energised. More, put together. It should have been shameful, but every time he left his most recent hookup's place, Dennis felt… powerful.
Or
Dennis Whitaker makes out with a random guy at the bar, not knowing he's married. Or that the man is also his attending. -

Summary
Three doctors from Pittsburgh Memorial, abrasive Alpha Robby Robinavitch, calculating Alpha Jack Abbot, and anxious Omega Dennis Whittaker, can barely stand each other. Forced to attend a medical conference together as a hospital PR stunt overseas to improve the hospital's image, their plane crashes en route, leaving them the only survivors stranded on an uncharted island in the North Atlantic.
Thrown together by disaster, they must cooperate in order to survive, confronting both the island’s challenges and their own emotional baggage. Old rivalries and hospital hierarchies dissolve as they share their vulnerabilities, learn to trust one another, and discover strengths and vulnerabilities they never showed at work.
Isolation, passion, and renewed respects towards each man awaken unexpected attraction. As sexual tension boils over, each man invites intimacy, leading to all three joining together in a loving relationship. Together, as the months pass and rescue seems unlikely, they build a new life, growing food, making a home, and forging a genuine, loving bond.

Summary
It’s been about a week since Dennis’s very embarrassing realization. He wants to blame most of it on being an alpha, but, much like his possessiveness, it’s Dennis’s own odd nature.
That doesn’t mean he wants Robby to know. And so, when he innocently passes Robby his phone to type something in one night he doesn’t consider what his mate may find.
Robby flips through it for whatever he’s looking for and hums. He clicks the phone and hands it back to Dennis. Dennis thinks that’s the end of it, grabbing the remote to turn the volume back up until he hears Robby’s soft laugh behind him.
“So, you wanna get me pregnant?”
——
Otherwise known as Dennis realizing he wants to lock Robby down.

Robby's on the roof after that shift from hell, but Whitaker finds him instead of Abbott.

Summary
The clock in the middle of the screen reads 4:17 a.m., so he’s been deeply asleep for a good three and a half hours, which was creeping toward the max he gets at once with his intermittent insomnia. Behind it is Robby’s contact card with the slider at the bottom of the screen welcoming him to accept the call he’s been waiting on for a good two months.
Jack drags his thumb from left to right, picking up the call, “You good, brother?” He rasps quietly, his voice thick with sleep.
There’s a pause, and then a wet gasp echoes over the line, “Fuck, sorry, did I wake you?”
—
Because I saw a screen-grab of Abbot from the Season 2 trailer with the caption: “face of a man who knows he’s gonna get called at 2am cause Robby can’t handle that much time to self-reflect” and couldn't help but run with it
