For their first challenge, the contestants had 60 minutes to cook their Signature Dishes, with the prize being the One-Time Immunity Pass. After a highly competitive hour, the judges selected three top dishes: Brian’s nostalgic Chocolate Tart, Julian’s vibrant Filipino-inspired Pork Belly, and Maggie’s technically perfect New England Duck. Ultimately, Maggie Callahan won the Immunity Pass for the flawless execution of her high-risk duck dish, setting a high standard for the competition before the first expected elimination tomorrow.
