This is a slow burn fic between W and Amiya that begins from the end of Chapter 8 and will go on at intermittent time points exploring the relationship between these two, how it develops, and what its various folds and nuances are. I am very interested in this both as a character study of the two characters as individuals (with my particular interpretations) and as an examination of how the relationship between these two could begin and unfold. There is no definitive end point in mind for this particular work, but I do have a number of beats that I want to hit and situations and emotions I want to explore, so thank you for being here.

Now the undead monarch must find a way back, having to deal with Kazdel's civil wars, Oripathy, Lovecratian entities, political intrigue, and a vampire who wants to drink his blood.
*This story is an OMAKE of the main one called Elden Monarch. Honestly, I liked the idea and plan to continue it here for those interested in the crossover. Check the original work if you want more context.

Bleeding out in the wasteland would be a shitty way to go, especially if Amiya had to watch. She couldn't do that to her.
Wiš'adel takes a bullet for Amiya during an ambush, and with few options so far beyond the Kazdelian city walls, they need somewhere secure to make it through the night. Taking shelter in an old hideout from her pre-Babel days, Wiš'adel is caught between nostalgia for her life as a mercenary and the uncertainty of her and Amiya's futures in Kazdel. Anemia, painkillers, and all the different ways an anxious bunny can touch her aren't helping.
Set in late 1099, post-Episode 14 and pre-A Kazdelian Rescue.
