Chapter Text

New York City and it was a pretty average afternoon in the city; however what constituted an average day in this city...

The friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man in his most advanced suit yet with white areas made of a special fibre for extra impact and shielding; was taking on the Rhino who was one of his oldest villains. Spider-Man had been at this for a decade at this point and was working on getting screaming civilians out of the way as he was distracting the Rhino; attempting to tear down a block.

"So... I know that Hammerhead hired you for this... Any reason why he wants this block built down? Does it block the view from his window?" Spider-Man had quipped webbing at the Rhino's eyes causing him to have to keep ripping the web off in anger.

"Matters not... But Hammerhead has alias... Plans to buy the area cheap and build... Something but I didn't ask!" Rhino snapped out loud as Spider-Man shook his head at him.

"So land development scheme... You are pretty much a Scooby Doo villain now Rhino..." Spider-Man muttered as then a fiery figure came down from the sky and shot at Rhino and managed to knock him. As he came to the figure then knocked him out with a punch; the figure was an orange skinned woman Spider-Man's age with what seemed to be literally fiery red hair, a bright smile on her face, a dark purpe crop top with silver decorations and a green jewel decoration as well, dark purple high boots and dark purple shorts with a silver belt with a green jewel decoration.

"You know I had him on the ropes... One or two hits and he would have been down for the count..." Spider-Man said to the figure who was his girlfriend; the alien princess of Tamaran known as Starfire or Koriand'r in her native tongue.

Her home planet had been invaded thanks to her treacherous older sister Komand'r (or Blackfire) and her taken to be experimented on and sold into slavery. However she escaped and made it to Earth where Spider-Man (who had been Spider-Man for a year at the point) was the one who found her and helped her accumulate to Earth. They fell for eachother and Spider-Man was stunned about how she could remain so optimistic and kind despite what she had to go through.

"Looked like it... Had done modelling for the day and heard of Rhino's attack... Though I would help out..." Starfire whispered to him as she got up to him and he smiled underneath his mask. As gorgeous as she was sweet; working as a model under the name 'Kory Anders' and he even did photography for her from time to time as freelance. He had got a job at Horizon Labs which allowed him to quit taking photos and footage for the Daily Bugle but some photography jobs from time to time really helped out with money.

"First one home is in charge..." Starfire whispered with a smirk into his ear and then shot off into the sky before Spider-Man could make a reply.

"Not fair... I have to make sure that Rhino gets taken care of..." Spider-Man sighed as the paramedics came to check out the civilians and make sure they were alright, they thanked Spider-Man and the police came to pick up Rhino and hopefully put him into a cell that could keep him. Then again Arkham Asylum wasn't the only facility in the country with a terrible track record of keeping convicted prisoners contained.

Spider-Man web slinged to where he hid his civilian clothes and got changed into 25 year old Peter Parker. "Will she be gentle..." Peter wondered as he went home to the apartment that he shard with his girlfriend. He had a walk to prepare but wasn't quite prepared for what awaited him when he got home.

Kory had gotten changed into a Spider-Man shirt and jeans; she was using some sort of holographic communication device with her parents the King and Queen of Tamaran. Speaking in the Tamaranean language so Peter couldn't make up a word. He remembered how first thing Starfire had done when they met was kiss him; it was her way of absorbing the language so she could communicate.

His self-esteem didn't take a blow learning about that later; not at all...

The sight looked concerning as Kory looked to be taking in a lot and was arguing with her parents but she sighed as it ended. "Peter... How much did you hear?" Kory asked jumping as she noticed Peter had entered; about to give a rant in Tamaranean.

"Nothing I understood..." Peter remarked but Kory's demeanour had him worried and he went up to her to put his arm around her neck. "What's wrong..." he asked softly as she sighed.

"You are not royal or any nobility... I care not for the fact but my parents said that there are those on home who would care and even more so that you are from what they consider an insignificant planet..." Kory explained as Peter felt dread.

"They want us to break up..." Peter asked fearfully feeling like he wanted to punch something again.

"My parents don't want that to happen... They were prepared to argue our case but my father has found a loophole..." Kory replied and hope filled within Peter's heart as she looked up at him. "Would you do anything for us to stay together? Are you open minded?" Kory asked as Peter then seriously took her hand and squeezed.

"Name it..." Peter said seriously.

Kory cleared her breath and said "you must form a harem of at least 3 more... They are allowed to be open with eachother but at least one must be of noble or royal blood of any kind."

Peter stared silently for a second and snickered; he then said "good one... Had me for a second... But seriously; what is it?"

Kory's face didn't change and it slowly dawned on Peter's mind that she was one hundred percent serious...

He then muttered "this is starting to sound like a bad fanfiction plot..."

Chapter Text

It was a little later and during the night that Spider-Man was out; Kory letting him have some time to think about the whole situation. "...I was lucky enough to get with Kory... I am supposed to get with 3 more women to stay with her and one of them has to be royalty? How am I supposed to find any women at all who would entertain this?" Spider-Man asked himself exasperated as he just kept swinging.

He was now on top of a skyscraper overlooking the embassy of the Amazon island of Themyscira; the place acting as headquarters for Diana the Wonder Woman; the legendary amazon princess who first appeared to the world at large in World War II during what was known as the time of the 'mystery men' (the old name for superheroes) and remerged during the beginning of second and current age of heroes.

"The first crush of many... Including me..." Spider-Man thought with a sigh as he remembered about how just after he first became a hero with what happened to Uncle Ben: he actually broke into the embassy to ask her if he could be her sidekick. "Why did I even come here... Only in my dreams..." Spider-Man scoffed as he found a figure had swinged the fabled Golden Lasso up and climbed right up.

The tall muscular figure in her US flag themed leotard and Spider-Man looked up at Diana towering over him; "Are you alright Spider-Man... I think you came here for a reason?" Diana asked concerned and Spider-Man was silent.

"Sorry... I was just leaving..." Spider-Man said as he was about to leave but Diana gently got a hold off his shoulder. "You gonna use the Lasso on me... Like you did when we first met?" Spider-Man asked with a sigh thinking back to the embarrassing moment for him:

She caught him with the lasso and revealing that he had her merch including posters that he had kissed before and how young he was...

"No I won't. If you are not ready to tell me then I won't intrude." Diana said softly and Spider-Man felt that he needed to get it off his chest.

"Kory's parents told her that since I'm pretty much a nobody; I need to build a harem in order to be allowed to continue dating her. One of the members had to be. Something in their laws..." Spider-Man explained and Diana looked to be taken aback and they stood in silence for a minute.

"I am flattered." Diana finally answered as Spider-Man groaned out loud.

"I don't mean... I don't know why I came here... I grew out of that childish crush I had when I was an idiot teenager..." Spider-Man said as Diana shook her head.

"Don't be like that; you were a brave heroic soul even back then that grew into a wonderful man who earned his place among the Justice League reserves and I see one day joining the table. Think this over and if you truly care enough for Koriand'r then there are plenty of women who would be lucky to be with you as she is." Diana told him and Spider-Man just gave her a a thumbs up as he web slinged away.

"...She would have been my first choice too. I still get angry and awkward feeling when she calls me 'sister'. Was the worst part of training on Themyscira." said a voice and flying at the same pace of him web slinging was a young blonde haired woman his age in a blue top with the famous S shield symbol on it, red cape, red boots, gold belt and red skirt.

"So you heard with super hearing Kara..." Spider-Man sighed as he landed on the ground with Kara Zor-El better known as Supergirl (the physically younger cousin of the world famous Superman).

"Saw you looking at the embassy when I was flying overheard. Was about to ask if something was up but Diana beat me to it." Supergirl said as Spider-Man shrugged with a sigh not sure what to say. "You know I could help... If only you had a close friend who could be something more?" Supergirl asked with a grin.

Spider-Man caught on and thought about it for a second; Kara was great and a great friend and he found himself giving her looks that he mentally beat himself up for since he was with Kory. "Thanks Supergirl but I would hate to have you dragged into this and have you settle for me just for my sake..." Spider-Man said gratefully but Supergirl flashed him a smile.

"But what if I really wanted to?" Supergirl asked awkwardly as Spider-Man scoffed.

"No need to pretend Kara... Why would someone like you settle for me unless you was forcing yourself to..." Spider-Man asked with a laugh and Supergirl forced herself to laugh as she whispered 'right yeah...' She had her head down looking upset as Spider-Man asked "what is wrong..."

Supergirl just flew up into sky at great speed; "What was that all about?" Spider-Man asked as he didn't know that up in the sky unseen to all but a select ew was the massive giant bald headed with pupil less eye and wearing dark blue robes was the being known as the Watcher. Watching this the entity could only silently facepalm...

Spider-Man returned to the apartment and told Kory about what he had experienced; "Then she flew up into the sky... I don't know what it's about... Peter unmasked asked and Kory thought back to the stares that Kara would give Peter when he wasn't looking and how she was forcing herself to hide jealous looks when she saw the two of them together; the stares she gave Kory but then looked guilty about it afterwards trying not to take it out on her. The pain Kory could tell that she was hiding on the inside.

Kory could only now think to herself "He is just ignorant of it somehow but he is... Don't be too annoyed..."

Chapter Text

Peter felt a bit awkward by Kory's reaction to him telling her the story of what happened when he met with Supergirl; however she was on her phone for a second and they gave eachother their usual good night kiss and fell asleep in each other's arms. In his last moments before falling asleep; Peter could feel that he messed up with how he handled his talk with Kara and though he didn't know how, Kory did.

They awoke and Peter gave a big stretch as he got up; wrestling himself out of Kory's grasp. Glancing at her underwear clad body as she laid on bed. Then his thoughts were interrupted as there was a knock on the door; Peter got up and put a shirt on as he got to the front door. "Oh... Hi Kara..." Peter said noticing Kara there dressed in a red shirt and jeans with a black hairband; things looking awkward as he invited her in.

"Oh did Kory not tell you... She texted me on the phone to come here first thing in the morning..." Kara said as Peter frowned with a sinking feeling in his chest.

"Kara. So glad that you could make it." Kory said as she had gotten up and walked over to Kara with a big smile and embraced her; Kara's cheeks becoming red as she was hugged by Kory in her bra and thong that left little to the imagination.

"Kory... Is this about what happened?" Peter asked as Kara gulped as Kory let go.

"So you told her... I am guessing that he told you that he told me of the dilemma..." Kara then whispered nervously looking down as Kory then got closer and lifted her head to face up to her; the taller redhead was smiling gently at her.

"I have to apologise that my boyfriend is dense... I know Kara... The looks you gave when you thought that you were discrete..." Kory then said softly as Kara's cheeks then got redder.

"So... You were... Crud... You do and I acted like..." Peter sighed about to facepalm; his friend was crushing on him all this time and he hurt her feelings when he joked about the idea of her liking him.

"Don't worry Peter..." Kara assured her as she nervously face Kory again. "Did you invite me to... Is it alright..." Kara asked as Peter blinked as he thought about Kara: he did try and bury thoughts of how beautiful she was and how if he never met Kory... Then maybe...

Kory then lightly dragged Kara to peter and gave them encouraging smiles. They awkwardly looked at eachother and started to slowly kiss as it grew into more. They let go and Peter looked at Kara astonished; "Sorry abut being an idiot... So..." Peter asked as Kara embraced him.

"Answer is yes and tell me... When you present the harem to Kory's parents; are we expected to be collared and in metal bikinis?" Kara asked with a bit of a smirk and Peter just stared and Kory giggled as she then kissed Kara on the cheek. "So if I am allowed to be with you as well..." Kara then asked as she was eyeing Kory over.

"Well I have no problem but i have to get changed and get ready for work..." Peter sighed as he went to get his things.

"I am free so if you don't have anywhere else to be Kory..." Kara asked as she stared at Kory.

"Not until midday..." Kory then answered and Peter grumbled about needing to go to work as his girlfriend and new girlfriend made their morning plans...

Chapter Text

After Kara and Kory were done; Kara felt fantastic as she got dressed again but Kory looked more worn out as she got fully dressed. "Not used to being with someone so much stronger than you like a Kryptonian..." Kara asked with a smirk as Kory was done getting dressed.

"That was definitely... Intense..." Kory admitted as Kara continued smirking. "Now... To fill up the requirements for the law... I believe that Diana could be interested but I bet Peter feels that she would still see him as the teenager he was when they first met." Kory then asked as Kara looked frustrated in response.

"Wish I could say that it would be unfounded... She still sees me as a teen and not the woman I have now... They still call me Supergirl when I turned 18 about 7 years ago... Do I look too much like a girl next door for everyone to see me as a woman? Even Kal still sees me as like his kid sister... With him; it's especially annoying as I was born before him!" Kara said frustrated and Kory shrugged.

"If only we could be sure... I can't say that I'm not attracted to her..." Kory then said as Kara scoffed.

"Most are... I bet even her fiercest foe the Cheetah is and even Veronica Cale who so badly wants to be her Lex Luthor would want her for herself despite how much she says that she hates her..." Kara then replied and Kory looked amused. "You think that I can come with you on your shoot as your new girlfriend?" Kara asked and Kory's smirk said it all.

Midday and Spider-Man was out on patrol web slinging around; thankfully he had managed to fit it all on his schedule so he should be okay as long as he got back to Horizon Lab before his lunch period was over. "Work was an alright way of pushing it aside but I still got to think... Even with Kara; still 2 women and one of them has to be royalty... Does Aquaman have relatives who would be interested? No way could I seriously be..." Spider-Man muttered to himself but then his mask picked up an alert that Wonder Woman and Zatanna the magician superheroine were fighting some sort of demon in another borough.

"Well... Won't exactly take my mind off it but..." Spider-Man muttered thinking of the two beautiful superheroines who were more well known than him. Still he web slinged to the area only to find the demonic monster knocked out by Diana using a sword and shield.

Then the magician uniform wearing raven black haired woman Zatanna Zatara took out her magic wand and spoke out "DNES SIHT NOMED KCAB OT LLEH!" A portal opened up and sucked up the demon to the relief and cheers of the civilians. Zatanna and Wonder Woman saw Spider-Man on top of a building; she then opened up a portal for them both to instantly be next to him. "You know it's awfully rude to show up to a party late?" Zatanna asked with a joking grin as Spider-Man shrugged.

"It's what happens when you send the invitations late..." Spider-Man retorted as Diana looked amused and Zatanna giggled a little. Spider-Man looked to them and wondered; could he seriously ask if... Yeah right...

But he was dead wrong about Kara so...

Zatanna looked confused and Diana gave him a look; "Is this about you and Kory? The law you told me about?" Diana asked as Spider-Man gulped and Zatanna gave her a confused look.

"Yeah... You see... Forget it... But... I kind of have to have harem to be allowed to be with her as per her people's laws and one of them has to be royalty..." Spider-Man explained and Zatanna's eyes lit up and she grinned.

"So you are not unavailable forever... One of the most desirable guys on the JL roster..." Zatanna asked and Spider-Man's eyes widened to the point that even his lenses were as wide as they could be. How many signals had he missed from women he knew...

"Well... Talk to you later... Have to get back and change so that I can get on with the work day..." Spider-Man said urgently as he turned around and started web slinging back.

"Doesn't the model Kory Anders have a photoshoot today?" Zatanna asked Diana as they watched him leave with sighs.
