Summary
When Vaati first approaches him with the new plan, Shadow hates it. It’s stupid, he tells him, to sacrifice someone in this way as a failsafe when the side of Darkness is inevitable going to win. But Vaati says he’s already proposed the plan to Ganon and the king of Darkness himself has agreed that it can only facilitate the crushing of light. So there’s no room for arguing.
Basically, I wanted an excuse to have the colours and Shadow go to the human world and adapt. So I made a plot to get it to happen :) Since they need the four swords to get rid of Ganon (because they vanquish darkness) I thought what if they just got rid of the swords. What would they do. So the fic is just Shadow steals the swords, goes to the human world, befriends some cool as fuck lesbians, discovers Rhianna and is a gay idiot with Vio because the colours go throught the portal as well to get the swords back. Idiotic shenanigans ensue.
Please note I've never played the games, but I've been reading the manga since I was ten so I felt relatively qualified to write this. Enjoy :3
